Privacy Policy
Easy Cash Book (“the App”) helps you record cash-in and cash-out entries. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
1. Who we are
The App is published by Rican (developer contact: ricanapps@gmail.com).
2. Data we collect
- Account: phone number used to sign in with Firebase Phone Authentication.
- Cash book data: cash book names, opening balances, transaction amounts, remarks, and dates that you enter.
- Device / diagnostics: crash logs and basic analytics via Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics (release builds).
- Advertising identifiers: Google Mobile Ads may use advertising ID and related signals to show ads.
3. How we use data
- To create and sync your cash books across devices signed in with the same phone number.
- To authenticate you and protect your account.
- To improve reliability (crash reports) and show ads that keep the App free.
4. Where data is stored
Account and cash book data are stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) on Google Cloud infrastructure. Offline copies may remain on your device until synced or deleted.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed by Google services we use (Firebase Auth, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Google Mobile Ads) under their respective terms.
6. Ads
The App shows ads through Google AdMob. Ad serving may use device advertising identifiers and approximate location/IP as provided by Google’s ad services. You can reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings.
7. Data retention & deletion
We keep your account and cash book data while your account exists. You can delete your account and associated app data from inside the App (Options → Delete account) or from our account deletion page. After deletion, Firebase Auth and Firestore data tied to your user ID are removed (or scheduled for removal) and you will be signed out.
8. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
